Spicy Cumbrian Beef & Tomato Soup
Nestled on the edges of the lovely Eden Valley is the hill farm at Heugh Renwick that has been home to the little family for 118 years. John Little says that his family can only ever remember farming and it's this kind of expertise and dedication that produces contented cows and delicious beef. This rich tomato soup contains pieces of John's diced brisket beef, chunks of potato, English parsley and spicy notes of Mediterranean smoked paprika and Indian cayenne pepper.
