Financing Social Enterprise
This course will provide participants with an understanding of the range of types of financing available as well as their applicability to different types of social enterprise business models. As part of this, the course looks at new forms of 'social finance', 'venture philanthropy' and 'quasi-equity' and their fit with public service delivery. In addition the course identifies key aspects of managing equity in a member owned 'mutual' organisation.
