This workshop introduces the fundamental principles and techniques needed to manage a small project. It enables participants to understand a practical approach to defining and initiating a project, to plan how it should be monitored and controlled and to identify factors which can contribute to the success of a project.The workshop is based on the principles and terminology of PRINCE2.
