As we dont have call centres our customers speak to our team in person, either resulting in advice and support over the phone enabling them to problem solve their own repair, or despatching an engineer. We have a small band of highly qualified engineers greatly respected by our customers for their knowledge, skills and reliability. Due to having teams covering the area of Wolverhampton, Stafford, Telford, Stoke on Trent and Derby, we pride ourselves in having a rapid response time to breakdowns of less than 2 hours in emergency situations. All of our engineers are experienced and factory trained as well as being CRB checked for that extra peace of mind.
