Take a second to ask yourself what your current agent actually does to warrant the good money you are paying them month after month! As a Landlord myself I recognised that there was a gap in the market for simple cost-effective property management that was by landlords for landlords - as opposed to ex-estate agents trying to maximise income when the market is quiet! My proposal is simple. I can do everything your current Letting Agent does for only £29 per property per month. ONLY £29 per property month!
