Loft Boarding Scotland supplies and installs LoftZone raised loft flooring systems and loft ladders. The LoftZone StoreFloor supports and beams can be fitted easily in new build or older homes and are designed to support a standard chipboard deck above up to 300mm of insulation. LoftZone is the only loft flooring system approved by the BBA and the only system which will not invalidate the NHBC warranty of a new build home. Besides LoftZone, Loft Boarding Scotland offer a range of aluminium and wooden loft ladders which can be fitted in your existing hatch, or we can move or extend your hatch to accommodate them. Loft ladders can be light use or heave industrial use. LED loft lighting is also something we offer, and is fitted by our qualified electricians. 4ft LED strip lights offer much more light and are less harsh than a regular pendant bulb, besides using less energy. We offer free no-obligation surveys of your loft.
