Lean Six Sigma courses
This Lean Six Sigma course is accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management. You will receive 10 full days of training. The Lean Six Sigma course is broken down into training buskets of 4 days, 3 days and 3 days to allow time for application of the learning. Typically there will be a four week gap in between the modules. After completing the Lean Six Sigma course you will be expected to present your project demonstrating business benefits and knowledge of the tools. The qualification awarded is a Level 5 VRQ in Service Improvement. The Lean Six Sigma course is delivered internally at client sites and is also scheduled for public delivery.
