Change Leadership Coaching
We use CLAW 360™ as a framework for coaching support in developing an individuals change leadership capabilities. Data collected from peer, subordinates and manager are used to set a baseline for performance improvement. The services we provide plug the gap on skills through training, workshops, coaching and mentoring in specific change leadership skills.
