Tempietto can advise you on the potential for development of your site or buildings by checking the planning history of the site and assessing what is achievable within planning policy or through the use of Permitted Development rights.  Local Planning authorities are obliged to determine applications in accordance with the Development Plan, unless material cirucmstances indicate otherwise.  In Green Belt locations very special circumstances must be established to justify development which is normally inappropriate.  Our skill is identifying material and special circumstances that may justify a proposal when usually they would be refused due to non-compliance with the strict interpretation of national or local policies.  Whilst Tempietto can never guarantee the success of any planning application, approaching them in a considered way coupled with good design has often enabled us to succeed where others have failed.
