Established in 1990 Highland Spit Roasts has provided delicious juicy roasts for a wide range of clients from royalty and weddings to farm open days and pony clubs. Our roasts have appeared on television and we are known for our wonderful crisp crackling. The machines are smoke free and perfectly safe to use inside - we regularly roast in the drawing room of a very smart Perthshire hotel. We roast locally sourced free-range pigs and our own lambs straight off our heather hills. A succulent turning roast is an attraction at any function.
