Busy, busy, busy.....

My goodness, what a busy year.  It seems as though the whole world is getting married.  How lucky we are to have a business that includes us in so many people's special day.  Weddings are so romantic and to have the fun of watching hungry, smiling faces coming up to choose the slices of pork and crackling off our roasts makes what we do perfect.  There is nothing so satisfying as feeding people, especially when they come back for seconds, thirds and even, it has been known, for fourths!  They were rugby players. This year we have roasted in castles, mansions, hotels, marquees, yurts, tepees, fields and woods, stables and barns.  We have loaded the roasters onto little boats and roasted on islands and we have clambered down impossible banks to roast at lochsides (amongst the midges!)  Our guests have been from all over the world and celebrating everything from anniversaries, to 21sts to business successes and tourist trips to Scotland.  Thank you to everyone who has used us.  We have enjoyed every moment.
