Most of us have experienced back, neck or shoulder pain at some point in our lives. I offer a deep therapeutic massage that targets muscle tension, aches and pains. At times if it's left it can become quite debilitating, and yet often a deep massage can target the muscles responsible for the pain enabling you to get back to normal movement again.
