Reflexology
Reflexology is both a science and an ancient art, it works on the basis that our entire body is mapped out on the feet through a series of reflexes and zones, they resemble the meridians used in acupuncture and acupressure. There are approximately 7000 nerve endings within the feet, these are stimulated during a Reflexology treatment.
