Tithe Barn provides support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour, offering people the chance to live in a homely environment whilst accessing a quality service from caring, competent and well trained staff. At Tithe Barn, each individual who uses our service makes their own choices about the support they receive. This is incorporated into a Person Centred Plan, which is created with the assistance of a member of our team. Family members of each individual are also encouraged to get involved in the planning process. We also have access to the company's Positive Behaviour Support team if required.
