Design and Layout
The visual presentation of any translation is essential. From a plain piece of text to an elaborate document, first impressions count and it is imperative that the message is not obscured - especially by the visual presentation. Our design team comes into play when documents include crucial design elements. Translation can lead to different numbers of and/or lengths of words that still need to feature within the same overall space. Therefore, informed design decisions need to be made to accommodate the localised content with both maximum visual appeal and the message intact. By involving our design and layout team, we take care of localising complex layouts. From slideshows to screenshots, complete localisation should involve design. There is little point in having perfectly translated content when the final look suffers.
