Carsmetix was launched by Robert Stern and Jim Bourne in March 2013 at the Motor Centre on PERSHORE High Street. Robert Stern says "We knew there was trade and retail demand for SMART Repair" (meaning Small to Medium Area Repair Technology). Smart repairs can be done by Dealerships, but this can be expensive, as well as the fact that body shops are usually busy on larger repair jobs. Some mobile units will also take on the jobs but results can vary due to the technical abilities or the environment the work is done in. Our work is specialised small jobs can be just taking a scratch out to larger refurbishments. There are no shortcuts when it comes to what Robert and Jim do.
