Martin Family History & Tree
In the summer of 2011 completed a project for a client researching their Ancestry back to India in the early 1800's, using archives located at the British Library. The object was to take the lines back to early 1800's where possible.The family had Anglo-Indian, Dutch and Portuguese ancestors I was able to take the ancestry back to early 1800's on a couple of the lines and document the Birth, Marriages and Burials for the direct ancestors.Also identified ancestors who worked for the British Government in India, as clerks, engineers, accountants, all from records held in British Library.The project was well received by the client and his family and became a talking point at family get togethers.A fully documented report and a family tree was provided to the client.
