impact HR was created because too many SMEs were stuck with HR that was either too rigid or too reactive. We wanted to build something better — pragmatic, human, and truly impactful. The team at impact HR has extensive experience across hospitality, care, manufacturing, professional services, retail, technology, and the not-for-profit sector, we’ve walked alongside business leaders through every kind of people challenge. From compliance headaches to complex disputes, our support has always been rooted in clear, practical advice and a people-first approach. Today, we support SMEs nationwide, but with regional teams, focused on making in an impact on the regions that they serve.
