As one of our clients, you will benefit from the following: Detailed property particulars These will come with a portfolio of photographs, and a detailed description of your property. (The particulars would be approved by you before your home goes on the market). Marketing activities We will market your property through our own website, and on a number of property websites - including Rightmove. We will also undertake the following office-based marketing: Send your property details to buyers registered on our enquiry database. Handle all enquiries and vet the enquirers. Arrange viewings and undertake accompanied viewings where necessary. Obtain feedback from viewers and pass this information back to you. Negotiate all buyer offers with you. We will also provide regular progress reports detailing market activity and enquiry information. When an offer has been accepted we will liaise with the solicitors acting for both you and the purchasing clients.
