Property sales progression
When a buyer for your property has been secured we can provide a sales progression service - where we will liaise with both your conveyancing solicitor and the purchaser's conveyancing solicitor. We can also liaise with any other third parties - including: Lender surveyors requiring access for a mortgage valuation; Home surveyors who may require access to carry a home condition report or building survey. We can also undertake the hand over of keys on the completion day.
