Phiz is able to perform a training needs analysis to assess where weaknesses in product knowledge and sales techniques lie and implement an appropriate retail training solution.Our experienced trainers are able to deliver training either in-store or in a more formal classroom style learning environment we can also monitor the effectiveness of training and product briefing with pre and post activity surveys or mystery shops.
