Horsham Partnerships for Older People is an independent network of voluntary and community organisations which support older people in the district of Horsham What we have in common is our desire to serve Horsham’s older people, and – working together in partnership – we are extending the range and capacity of our services Horsham POP has a staff team dedicated to support our member groups in what they do, encourage new services where there are gaps, and to work out in local neighbourhoods
