We are a small cookery school specialising in one day hands-on themed courses, using fresh seasonal Sussex produce and organic ingredients where ever possible.All of our courses are taught by experienced professional chefs who make the day both fun and informal and with a maximum group size of eight, individual attention is assured. Our courses are designed for all levels of abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or would like to develop your existing cooking skills.
