About us

At Property ladder Conveyancing, we are a boutique real estate consultancy specializing in residential conveyancing and non-legal services. As self-employed property lawyers, we operate under a contract with a law firm, allowing us to provide regulated legal services while maintaining our own branding. We also assist with non-regulated tasks, such as attending property auctions and managing Airbnb rentals. Our small practice model ensures personalized attention, with direct access to qualified lawyers. We aim to simplify the conveyancing process, handling both simple and complex transactions while maintaining high-quality service.
