I%27ve loved Pork Scratchings over the years but felt as I am getting older and slightly wiser it%27s time to watch what I eat. Skinny Pig is cooked completely differently than all other Pork Rind products anywhere in the World. We don%27t cook ours in fat, they are slow cooked, dehydrated and then %27popped%27, that way they don%27t draw in the cooking oil or become saturated with the bad fats! This process is long and arduous, we even remove the gelatine out of the Rind so once you eat the product you are left with a %27clean%27 finish, there is no build up around your teeth and gums which often happens with any Pork Crunch. We are constantly evolving with Flavours and to start we have: Roast Garlic, Parmesan and Chive and also Smoked Bacon, Cream Cheese and Ketchup. This is a High Protein snack without Carbohydrates or Gluten, they are tasty and light and will leave you wanting more.
