Hill Top Smokehouse has many years experience curing and smoking meats. Based in Suffolk we produce smoked hams, bacon, sausages and pork pies for the wholesale and retail market. All products are made using the finest locally sourced free range pork. These hams make a fabulous centre piece to any meal and a great idea for a gift. Hams are available plain, bread crumbed or glazed with golden syrup and pineapple juice. Our pork pies are available with a variety of toppings or you can stick to the traditional pork pie that has been cooked to perfection in a lovely rich hot water pastry.
