Graduate and Intern Programmes
The development of so called 'soft skills' that enhance eam and business performance gives graduates that 'extra edge' at the start of their working lifef. The net result is a more effective, productive employee for the organisation. We work with many multi-national companies who recognise that personal development should nto be left to chance. They believe that the extra skills required for effective working relationships need to acquired early in an individual's career. We are now an integral part of their graduate induction programme. Similarly, higher order academic ability does not necessarily mean that the all important leadership and team building skills exist automatically within individuals. As a result, we have now assisted customer to develop modules for MBA summer school programmes involving graduates from a wide range of universities and colleges.
