PRISM Brain Mapping is an online system that has many applications. It has been designed so that a trained PRISM Practitioner can operate the system via their own unique login to the secure system. From there you can email links to your candidates for the various questionnaire and then manage the output report content so that it matches your requirements. There are also facilities to create team reports, Job/Benchmark mapping, a 360 degree feedback process that allows you to create competencies as well, Organisational Culture mapping and much more. It operates on a credit deduction system which means that your online account stores your pre-paid credits, and these are deducted each time you store a new completed questionnaire. Once you have paid to input a new candidate questionnaire to the system, you then have unlimited access to the reports available for that type of PRISM input for free, regardless of how many times you access them and in what combination. To become a Certified PRISM Practitioner is a two-day programme. The programme includes an assessment of the candidate's understanding and application of the instrument prior to becoming an accredited user. The accreditation will enable the candidate to use PRISM competently and confidently. The course content covers how the model uses the latest in neuroscience research and how it links graphically to brain activity. It shows how behavioural preferences may be suppressed by other less dominant behaviours and how some demands of the workplace can produce stress whereas others might provide challenges for personal growth. All applications of the PRISM model are demonstrated and practised during the training, enabling the practitioner to appreciate the wide range of PRISM applications, often described as the Swiss Army knife of profiling tools - one instrument many uses.
