My name is Emma Taylor and I am a qualified integrative counsellor and CBT counsellor with a counselling and psychotherapy practice based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Quite a few years ago now, a life changing event caused me to re-evaluate my future. With the help of my family and friends and a great counsellor, I began to move forward, to understand what makes me who I am and I learnt how to look after myself, that was a particularly steep learning curve. I offer one to one counselling to explore any issues you may have confidentially and in a safe and quiet environment. My counselling approach is integrative and at the initial session which is up to 60 minutes long, we will discuss your requirements and what you would hope to achieve from counselling. Subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long. My practice is located in the south west of Bury St Edmunds.
