Freeland Orchestra, conducted by local oboist Wendy Marks, provides an opportunity for adult musicians to make music together in a friendly environment. Freeland Orchestra welcomes new players especially strings, french horn and lower brass players. Although we don't audition players, most members are grade 6 and above. The group meets fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from 8.15 to 10 pm in Freeland near Eynsham. For wind players of Grade one to five standard there is West Oxfordshire Winds which also meets fortnightly on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8 pm. (More details at )
