Judith Stewart is a highly experienced therapist based in the Yeovil area. She offers a blended therapeutic approach using EFT (the tapping therapy), NLP and Bach Flower Remedies. Judith specialises in helping people to overcome phobias, lose weight, increase confidence, conquer fears, overcome cravings and much more besides. Judith offers one-to-one client therapy sessions and in addition she runs workshops to help people learn more about these therapies.
