We are a small architectural practice based on the outskirts of Belfast who work anywhere in Ireland or UK. David Smyth Architectural Services was formed to provide creative, yet affordable & reliable architectural solutions. We aim to improve the quality of life and the environment of our Clients by the promotion of innovative and cutting edge design. We have over 18 years experience in working on a wide variety of projects in both the residential and commercial sections of the construction industry. Whether your project is for a porch extension, extensive property makeover, new build house or large office development, DSAS can cater for your needs, however big or small or whatever your budget. The scope of DSAS involvement can be tailored to suit your needs - we are able to fully co-ordinate Consultants information for all building elements, to submit to the local Authorities for approvals, and oversee the project to completion.
