Residential Renovations in Edinburgh

Sweet Homes Edinburgh specialises in carefully managed residential renovation projects across Edinburgh and the Lothians. We deliver structured kitchen, bathroom and multi-room refurbishments within tenements, villas and established family homes. Each project begins with a clear written scope outlining agreed works, materials and responsibilities, ensuring transparency from the outset. We coordinate trades under one organised plan rather than treating each stage as a separate appointment. Our team works regularly in lived-in homes and shared stairwells, maintaining tidy site conduct and steady communication throughout. All completed projects are backed by a 12 month workmanship warranty.

Bespoke Joinery & Fitted Storage

Our approach focuses on careful planning and clear communication. We provide detailed written scopes in plain English and agree on timelines before work begins. Variations are documented and discussed before proceeding, helping homeowners feel confident throughout the renovation process. We aim to deliver steady progress with minimal disruption.
