COSLA Strategic Migration Partnership works specifically on migration issues and, together with partners from across the public, private and voluntary sector, we seek to ensure that Scotland is a welcoming place for new migrants and work to support the retention and integration of people in a manner that helps meet our country's demographic needs COSLA Strategic Migration Partnership, Cadell House, Suite 2/3 COSLA (the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities) is the representative voice of Scotland's 32 local authorities Our key partners include the UK Border Agency, the Scottish Government, Scottish local authorities and a host of other stakeholders from the voluntary and private sector in Scotland CSMP receives funding from both the Scottish Government and the UK Border Agency, while oversight of our work is provided by our Board which contains elected members from each of the main political parties and senior representatives from our funders and key organisations with an interest in migration
