Hotelstar
Hotelstar provides substantial energy savings by means of intelligent control.Sensors monitor the guest rooms discreetly and switch power accordingly to avoid waste of energy, such as lights, heating, air conditioning and small power sources being left on when there are no occupants in the room. Whilst rooms are occupied guests have complete control of all facilities on offer. From the moment a guest leaves the room the Hotelstar system takes control and overrides any settings by the guest to those specified by the hotel (agreed on commission of the Hotelstar system). When the guest returns to the room the Hotelstar system immediately returns the power, switching the settings back to those set by the guest. The guest is not aware of any changes in the room conditions whilst they were out of the room. Sophisticated, fail safe software Hotelstar uses sophisticated software to ensure that at no time settings are changed while guests are in the room.Comfort is never compromised, with the Hotelstar system carrying out in excess of 35 checks to ensure that no other guests are within the room. The Hotelstar is installed within a discreet location to ensure that the system is not visible to guests, whom are not aware that the room is being controlled by hotelstar due to no negative effects on equipment, appliances, heating, air conditioning and power sources during their stay and the seamless switch to and from the hotels specified settings during the time they are out of the room.
