The completed areas include a large adventure play area which includes a 20m 'zip' slide, a unique sensory garden containing specialised equipment to excite the senses of children & young people, a junior play area, an impressive 200 seater outdoor auditorium, nature trail and Playtrail Visitor Centre The Playtrail is a partnership project with the Western Education & Library Board who have leased the lands to Liberty Consortium for a period of 25 years The Playtrail is currently utilised by a cross section of organisations, both statutory & voluntary, as well as many youth clubs and schools The Playtrail is a unique outdoor play & educational facility located within the grounds of 2 special schools on the Racecourse Road
