I.E.N Refereeing Services was established in 2013 by Welsh Referee Ian Townsend to provide professional match officials that can officiate games across the UK to help support the development of local and national 11 aside games plus small sided football & futsal. We provide a hub for full-time referees with over 26 years experience from grass roots up to international tournaments.
