How do I arrange property access?
You can meet us personally, have someone meet us on your behalf, or arrange key collection through your letting agent (within 2 miles). We just need clear access instructions when booking.
Do you need parking arrangements?
Yes - we need a parking spot for our van within 50-150 meters of the property. If parking permits are required, please notify us 24 hours in advance. We'll contact you between 5-7 PM the day before to confirm arrangements.
Do you offer weekend or urgent service?
