Workplace Functional Capacity Evaluation (WFCE)
This service takes the format of a functional capacity evaluation (FCE) with the added value of being carried out at the work site. Conducting the WFCE at the individual's place of work allows the evaluator to perform a brief analysis of the job demands (including the pre-morbid role and/or any alternatives proposed by the employer) and identifies any areas of ergonomic concern within the role(s). The on-site evaluation also allows the evaluator to incorporate elements of the job in the functional evaluation, if it is required and of benefit to the individual.
