On 4th August 2008, Hotelscene launched a new Emergency Booking Service, Hotelscene 24. Our clients are able to make, amend, or cancel hotel reservations 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Our Reservation Centre will continue to operate from 08.00 - 22.00, Monday to Friday, with the new service available outside these times, and throughout weekends and Bank Holidays, for emergency situations when a room or cancellation is required at short notice. This greater flexibility will allow our clients 24/7 access to Hotelscene over the telephone, as well as through our award-winning online booking tool.
