Horses First is a racing club with a difference. It is about showing there is a better way to care for racehorses before, during and after training. We use natural feed and remedies, instruct all our jockeys not to use the whip, turn out our horses in herds, start young horses gently using join-up and ensure they have excellent lifelong homes at the end of their careers. We are also pioneers of racing barefoot. The club currently has 5 horses, including multiple winner Saucy Night, and they are trained by Simon Earle in Wiltshire. Club members can visit the farm and watch the horses work on the gallops. There are also many other benefits including: Go racing as an owner, meet the jockey and trainer in the paddock and hopefully collect prizes. Tour our unique training facilities and watch the horses work play. Watch and participate in demonstrations of Natural Horsemanship. Password access to Members' Area of the website which featuresdaily updates, pictures and videos of all the club horses.
