The charity is also as a company limited by guarantee and all our official documents will reflect the new name, but our activities and team are unchanged and we will continue to use the name Hungarian Cultural Group and all our members will continue to be beneficiary members of the new organisation Following the AGM on 24 September 2011, the Hungarian Cultural Group, Guildford has closed, transferring all its activities and assets to the Hungarian Cultural Association We are looking forward to working with all our existing and new volunteers and members to celebrate Hungarian culture and build on the excellent community spirit
