We can provide our professional service within a 1hr radius of central Scotland to meet with DVSA guidelines for freelance transport managers. DVSA are enforcing new guidelines for Operators and External Transport Managers. They must both sign a contract & declaration, saying how the External Transport Manager will perform his/her duties, and that he/she will be contracted to work for (depending on the amount of vehicles on the O Licence) a minimum of 8hrs per week.
