An accurate area measurement is invaluable in today's property market, for both Residential and Commercial use. Whether it is for selling or leasing a property, rent review or for valuation purposes an accurate measurement is essential, and gives an impartial sq ft/sq m of a property in both plan and tabled form. We survey all types of property, from a studio flat to a high street shop or a large commercial/industrial building.
