We will always introduce ourselves, and tell you where the fire exits, first aid kits and emergency collection points are . All our certificates and insurance are available to view. Natalie Dolton of Paw Behaviour and Stephanie Presdee of Good Dog Ownership have many years experience between them and have combined to give you the best instruction to suit you and the breed type of puppy/dog you have, with many methods available to them to suit individual people and individual breed traits.
