Using our two decades of experience within the glass sector, we have an understanding of the issues companies face and we can work with them to provide solutions.Our mission and vision: Our mission is to create a sector development platform to improve competitiveness, increase productivity and provide greater opportunities for all.Our vision is of a glass industry which gives every employee a choice of learning pathways and qualifications to be able to achieve their full potential. We aim to develop a fully integrated workforce in order to improve quality and performance.
