Shellac
Shellac is a hybrid of nail polish and gel and will leave your nails looking like a freshly polished manicure for two weeks. There is no other product on the market quite like it, certainly no other product is applied like polish and wears like gel. Like any quality polish application, the Shellac system features a Base Coat, Colour Coat and Top Coat. CND Shellac is hypo-allergenic and '3-free', meaning it is free from formaldehyde, toluene and DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate). Typical nail polish dries by evaporation, which means your manicure is not cured until 2-3 hours after your service. But Shellac is cured by UV light, and within minutes. Your nails are completely dry by the time your manicure is over, and strong enough to withstand accidental knocks. It acts like a plasticized coating, suitable as a long lasting polish.
