Whole Lobster in Brine
Whole Cooked Lobsters.  Each Lobster is frozen in brine and is wrapped indivdually.Our Lobsters can be served hot or cold.  To serve hot, place in a pan of boiling water and heat for 4 minutes or simply defrost and eat straight away.   Choose from various sizes - 350g (Medium), 400g (Large), 500g (Extra Large).  Also available - just the Lobster Meat.  Cooked, frozen and packed in 320g tubs.
