Soft Shell Crab
Soft Crab (formally known as Soft Shell Crab) is a true delicacy. Originating from the Blue Swimmer Crab it is expressed by many as being the beautiful blue swimmer.  Available year round, our supply is exported to the U.K. from Asia.  Choose from Jumbos (average net weight of 98g) Primes (average net weight of 76g), Hotels (average net weight of 60.5g) or Mediums (average net weight of 46.5g).  Each Crab is supplied raw, although it is fully cleaned so it can be enjoyed with the minimum of effort.  Why not toss in some breadcrumbs or coat in a Tempura Batter and deep fry.  Once cooked, you can eat the entire Crab!
