WiFi that reaches every room
If the internet works fine downstairs but not in the back bedroom, or things keep dropping off halfway through, that is almost never your broadband and almost always one small router being asked to cover more house than it can. We come and look for free, walk round the house with you to find the spots where it gives up, then fit two or three small units that work together as one network so the signal is strong everywhere. You keep your broadband provider and, wherever possible, the same network name and password, so nothing needs setting up again. Most homes come to between £300 and £500 including the equipment, usually a morning's work, and you get the exact figure in writing before anything starts.
CCTV, smart home, home cinema and Guardian
Our 4K CCTV systems start from £650 fitted, with the cameras positioned to cover the drive, doors and garden, the recorder set up, and the app installed and demonstrated on your phone before we leave. We set up smart lighting, heating and voice control with Alexa, Google or Apple, using what you already own where we can. We install home cinema and wall-mounted televisions with every cable hidden and the walls made good. Guardian is our discreet monitoring system for an elderly parent living alone: small sensors learn their daily routine and alert the family if it changes, with no wearables, no cameras and no monthly call-centre fees.
